"I used to love going to Gordman's and then the bankruptcy. It was a place that I could get really cool decor for my house. Now the cool stuff has been replaced by a lot of baskets and crap. Where are the pretty vases? I'm a tall lady so the clothing has always been hit or miss for me. I used to always be able to find something in the big and tall section for my hubby and son. Now, not so much as the Big and Tall area is almost non existent. Now the store is set up like a Marshall's. It's not what I expect from Gordman's. I keep hoping that it will come back, but I'm losing hope. Also, one of your questions doesn't pertain to Gordman's anymore. You can only shop in the store as online shopping has been discontinued."

"I went to the changing room and Gina acted as if I was wasting her time. She was talking to another associate, and when I said I had 2 items, she was rude with me and looked at me like I was an idiot. Her body language and tone of voice was obviously rude. Also, I when I was in line, the woman in front of me was in her checkout, and she was also being rude to her. Not sure if this girl was just having a bad day or what, but that is not acceptable. I work in retail so I know what’s acceptable. Made me and my spouse feel very uncomfortable during my visit."

"I just love shopping there! The clothes are wonderful and very well made, I have purchased many casual tops there and have had many of them for 3+ years. I also love the affordable prices on name brand perfumes, colognes and makeup. I own many purses I bought there as well and they’ve held up very nicely-I have several Vera Bradley purses that cost 3 times more than any purse I’ve ever gotten at Gordmans and they are in much better shape than the Veras! My only complaint is I wish I could shop there more!"
